As part of our MTC training for Welfare and Self-Reliance Services (WSRS), the diagram below was shared of how many different departments had contacts assigned to assist stake presidents. All involved separate individuals making those contacts. Now, a single contact person (WSRS manager) will represent 50+ different programs and initiatives to the stake presidents. We will work as the manager's assistants for eight different stakes in facilitating this important work.
